Part One | Part Two | Part Three | Part Four
Hooray it is finished!

I got a lot of extra length after a soak and block – I used wires and pins to stretch it out. For the stripes I just wanted to even out the width, and for the lace I wanted to let the stitches bloom, by stretching both length- and width-ways. It started at 52 inches along one side and ended up at 79, so even though the pictures don’t show it at all, it grew over a foot.
I did give it a light steam while it was still on the board, which did the job of stopping it springing back when the wires came out. I also think steam adds to the softness and drape, though I may be imagining that…

It’s a lovely big wrap, with great drape and movement. I took several pictures of me wearing it to try to demonstrate this.

While the stripes were slow-going, the end result is lovely. It would work in loads of different colour combinations,
As a reminder, this is the Lilli Pilli Wrap (Ravelry link) by Ambah O’Brien (Designer’s site). I used Sirdar Country Classic 4 Ply in Teal, Mint Green and Burgundy with 3.75mm needles, as suggested by the pattern. I added repeats to use up all the yarn.
